Senior Project/Program manager

The Company

Our client is a new partner in card payment processing for professional customers (also known as “Acquiring”). that have great ambitions to grow in the coming years. In order to achieve these ambitious goals, we are looking for a Project Manager.

What your day will look like?

As a project/program manager:

• Establish a program approach.
• Deliver project(s) according to plan (scope, time, budget).
• Manage projects interdependencies.
• Make sure the project will allow to reach the business case.
• When risk or issues arise, propose solutions to the project sponsor and steering committee.
• Make sure all steps of the project are followed and all parties are involved at the right time.

What skill will you need?

• Minimum of 10 years of (work) experience, including at least 5 years in Project/Program Management.
• Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) – strategic thinking.
• Ability to manage complex projects (Governance, process, technical…) with lot of interdependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skill and experience in interacting with complex organisations.
• Decision-making & proactive.
• Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented.
• Management skills and the ability to motivate people.
• Structured approach and goal-oriented.
• Proven experience in the management of complex projects.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Technical experience & good understanding of workflow processes.
• Strong expertise in MS Office.
• Very good knowledge of Project management methodologies and tools (Prince2 and Agile, PMBOK, Clarity, MS project)
