We’re looking for a senior marketer to support the implementation of MIFID - induced changes from a business perspective.
  • You drive the progress of business need definition & contribute also at content side, leveraging your marketing & MIFID knowledge. In this context you also animate the MIFID taskforce. Therefor banking/investment and MIFID experience is a key knowledge domain, but also people & change mgt.
  • You ensure consistency & completeness at service & customer journey level. For this, you cooperate with the marketing team in the first place, but in general with various stakeholders (over sales, marketing, process, IT, compliance, legal departments, ...) to define business requirements, priorities and roadmap.
  • You align with the overall program management team, so business & IT/operational delivery and change management initiatives are synchronised. Stakeholder management is a key skill, and you are very used to agile working methods.
The candidate will work in the save & invest marketing team, situated within marketing RPB department. The candidate will lead the ‘business aspects’ project stream in the bank’s MIFID project team, working on contributing to the definition & execution of the bank’s commercial approach in context of MIFID in collaboration mainly with sales, marketing, IT and compliance departments. •Enable and support the Retail and Private Banking’(RPB) maturity improvement towards GDPR requirements;
•Deliver privacy risk assessment services, specifically Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA);
•Process documentation and supporting material (tooling, templates, training) in scope of the DPPteam.
Function Description: As Change enabler you will significantly contribute to the improvement of the Data Privacy framework within the bank by 1 :
•Completing the definition of, and implementing the “DPP Processing framework”; Ensure DPP framework is known, used and updated if necessary;
•Define clear gaps - using the gaps identified in the DPP control plan– and support the improvement of the DPP
maturity within RPB; e.g. Deployment of a specific governance ensuring quality assurance of privacy requirements towards client facing channels (privacy notices, access requests for Apps, etc.);
Act as ‘single point of contact’ for RPB’s change and support requests: Increase communication between DPP and RPB: be the link be tween the identified needs and DPP’s responses, e.g. creation of guidelines, points to be taken into account for DPP’s business plan, etc.
