Mission context	Alpha Credit Benelux is looking for a Security architect to join the architecture team. For a mission of 12 months.
Function description	In our new agile landscape, we are looking for a security (solution) architect who can support our digital transformation. The candidate we are looking for has a passion for architecture with a focus on the security. On a daily basis you will join our agile teams to support them delivering secure solutions that are robust and ready to face the ever changing digital world. The ideal architect can work with the legacy that we already have and bring innovative ideas to transform, improve and secure our systems. Willingness to work with a big organization and handle the challenges that come with the multiple structures are key for the ideal candidate.
Language requirements	Dutch		Good
	French		Good
	English		Fluent writing and speaking
Education	University Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent education.
Certification	Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, Cloud Certifications preferred TOGAF
Travel	Must be willing to travel on occasion (1 day bi-monthly)
Telework	Expectation: 60% on site & 40% homeworking
Required experience / knowledge	At least 5 years of relevant experience
	Technical experience	mandatory		Minimum 8 years of multi-disciplined IT experience (dev, analysis, …) 2-3 years of Security Architecture responsibilities in large sophisticated organization with high volume/high transaction environment. Knowledge of IT security especially in the area of Identity and Access Management, cryptography and key management. Knowledge of cloud security Ability to determining how a security system should work (including its resilience and dependability capabilities) and how changes in conditions, operations, or the environment will affect these outcomes. Able to design architectures and frameworks. Be able to document and address organization’s information security, cybersecurity architecture, and systems security engineering requirements throughout the full life cycle. Archimate design Experience with mobile development security and web security.
		preferable		Experience with advanced technologies such as machine learning, data mining, text mining, deep- learning, natural language processing. Experience with remote access technology concepts.
	Business experience	mandatory		GDPR
		preferable		PSD2 Private loan business experience
Soft skills	Ability to be a liaison between business, management, IT and other stakeholders Be able to identify and prioritize critical business functions in collaboration with organizational stakeholders. Be an excellent communicator and have excellent listening skills. Ability to manage teleworking and you are able to make contact with different stakeholders once they have been identified. Team player Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude Good Communication and influencing skills Good analytical and synthesis skills
