The Candidate will join the “Tribe Daily Banking” where he/she will take the role of Product Expert role dedicated to Business Credit Cards – in close collaboration with Product Development (Cash Management BE)
Function description
Major tasks and responsibilities:
Accountable for the Objective and Key Result of the Business Credit Card acceleration program
Responsible of the various initiatives’ roadmaps overview
Thorough stakeholder reporting – key liaison between Cash Management BE, Daily Banking & the professional channels
Supporting BA on specific initiatives
Supporting the requirement definitions & ensuring the good understanding of business’ needs
He/she takes part in the search & delivery of realistic/effective solutions to complex business challenges: provides expertise (analytical, technical & in terms of project management) in the search & implementation of digital (marketing) solutions
He/she takes the lead in ideation of new features within the Cards domain with emphasis on MVP and Customer value
He/she identifies the impact of business specifications and related system changes on existing back-end and front-end processes and liaises with Process manager
In delivery mode, assists the squads in collecting, analyzing and translating business requirements delivered by our end-users into detailed business specifications taking into account a user centric, collaborative and agile way of working
